Michael is excited to bring Live Edge Slabs to Seattle, Washington, where an appreciation for beautiful hardwoods is part of the Pacific Northwest history and culture.

While working in IT for the last 25 years, Michael has spent much of that time also as a woodworker. After retiring he started Live Edge Slabs of Portland in 2021 and has been creating beautiful live edge slab furniture from high end, sustainable hardwood slabs. He will be bringing that experience and passion to do the same for Seattle clientele.
